All suppliers must first pass a thorough evaluation that includes:
- Capabilities
- Equipment
- Process flow
- Facilities
- Access to an international port
- Engineering and design capabilities
- Volume capacity
Certifications such as ISO are reviewed to ensure the company is maintaining a current status. Modernization of equipment, processes, and future development plans are all considered.
Software licenses are examined to ensure versions are current.
A thorough review of labor policies to ensure the enforcement of child labor laws.
